BIO:

Charlotte started judo at the age of 10 and trained at many clubs including Gerrards Cross, Staines and Fairholme. As a teenager Charlotte enjoyed competing. Her first competition was at the London Youth Games in 1996. Charlotte won the Junior National Championships in 1998, 2000 and 2002. She won the BUSA's in 2003 and 2004 and got her black belt in 1999 aged 16. After University Charlotte took a 5 year break from judo, returning only recently. Charlotte's 4 year old daughter has just started learning the sport and her 9 month old son Archie hopes to start soon(ish)! Charlotte hopes she can help more youngsters to enjoy and benefit from the sport. Charlotte is currently studying the UKCC Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Judo.
